Dr. Tiffany Ahlberg

Celebrating Women’s Entrepreneurship

As we celebrate Women’s Entrepreneurship, let’s revisit how it all started!

HOW IT ALL STARTED

From the very beginning, it was patient care and trust that served as the foundation for all we do at Ahlberg Audiology.

A Different Path
Everything in life happens for a reason. Sometimes, God brings people into our life to help us see the possibilities of what we can do and encourage us along the path we are to take. For Dr. Tiffany Ahlberg, she had left a 14-year career working for another local practice and had planned to take time away so that she could stay home with her children as they grew up. But, there was an even bigger plan in store for her.

June Morris Tiffany Ahlberg

It was a former patient of Dr. Ahlberg’s, June Morris, who inspired the idea of Ahlberg Audiology becoming a reality! Not having an office, Dr. Ahlberg wasn’t able to help June with a request for hearing aids. Not taking no for an answer when asking her to be able to fit her hearing aids, June, simply asked, “Well, what would it take to start your own practice?” And, so began the journey. As Dr. Ahlberg shares the story, you can tell it was a quick process to get a business license, get relationships with vendors, and find a location — conveniently located behind Medical Center Pharmacy where her husband, Donny, is the pharmacist. Everything fell into place.

It’s like it was always just supposed to be!

The best way to grow a small business is to provide exceptional service and care. Quickly, the word got out and the business began to grow. Soon, she was able to add staff and other Audiologists to the team, as well.

You can tell when you walk in that Ahlberg Audiology is a special place – where even on the sign on the door as you enter reads, “May all who come as guests leave as friends.”

Personal relationships and heart are what sets Ahlberg Audiology apart. It’s the professional and academic training that sets her apart as well.

In 2018, celebrating three years in business, June Morris commented on a Facebook post, ” Awww Tiffany, thanks for all the compliments but don’t thank me, it was that I only wanted the best and YOU are it!!”

Recognized in the community as Cleveland Daily Banner Reader Best of the Best awards for four years in a row and 2019 Best of the Best Chattanooga Times Free Press finalist recognition, we believe that you, too, will agree that you have the best care with Ahlberg Audiology.

Ahlberg Audiology Daughter Artwork Ad Campaign

You can tell by the artwork here that her son and daughter support the business, too! And, perhaps even future marketing staff on the team, too!

So, now Dr. Ahlberg has the best of both worlds – family and a growing audiology practice.

In 2019, the practice grew with three more Audiologists and moved to a new location, 4220 Ocoee St. N, Suite 102, Cleveland, TN 37312.

Dr. Ahlberg continues to innovate and grow all aspects of the practice to serve patients with the very best care! She is well-connected with Audiologists throughout the country and builds relationships and enjoys strengthening those relationships to learn and grow. The future is bright and Ahlberg Audiology has a strong foundation on which to serve and help even more people in the Cleveland/Bradley County and the greater surrounding area.

Everyone on the team – Dr. Tiffany Ahlberg, Dr. Bettie Borton, Dr. Laura Ford, Dr. Lynda Klee (Audiologists),  Beverly Stevison (Practice Manager), Rita Tatum (Patient Care Coordinator), and Hannah Walston, (Marketing and Patient Care Coordinator) — all look forward to serving you and it’s obvious that your hearing is their priority.
